The location proved convenient near the train station and shops. I found the staff lovely. They accommodated my request for a late check-out. The proximity to transport made exploring easy. I also appreciated the quiet room despite the busy area. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot.

station proximity helpful staff common area
i found the hotel convenient, especially its proximity to shibuya station. there was a common area for meeting up with friends. the staff were very helpful and spoke english well.
the room had a slight smell of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. it was a bit bothersome .

i found the location superb! it was only a short walk from the station and very close to the main attractions. staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel people were so kind!
the air con was terrible, it didn't cool the room at all. it was quite stuffy and warm even. also, the size of the room is really small, especially the bathroom is like an airplane bathroom cabin.

The location rocks! it is seriously close to the train station, it made getting around so easy. family mart and an arcade were super nearby. It's so convenient. i even had my room on the laundry floor. That was a bonus! i wish i could stay for a longer time.
the room felt a little dated. i noticed a few stains in some spots, unlike the super clean standards of the area. the bathroom was also very compact.

central location kind staff
The location was very central. It was less than two minutes from the train station and the scramble crossing. the staff were very kind and helpful to me. i also liked the comfy bed. there was a good selection of complimentary amenities available too.
the room was sadly a bit warm. adjusting my thermostat did not seem to do anything.

i found the location to be excellent , with shibuya station a short walk away. the staff was helpful with luggage arrangements and storage. i also appreciated the night snacks and drinks offered.
the bathroom was small , and navigating it was difficult. it felt a bit like being in a caravan.
